If you would like to proceed with a search and/or registration application, I will send you an attorney-client engagement agreement and we'll get started!

Using industry-leading search software, I will conduct a comprehensive trademark search to identify any other marks that may be confusingly similar to yours. I will outline any such marks, as well as any other potential challenges to the successful registration of your mark, in a legal opinion letter. I will also outline my recommendation on how to proceed and my legal opinion of your likelihood of success.
Trademark search + Legal opinion letter
I will prepare your trademark registration application, providing counsel on correct and strategic classes of goods or services and descriptions of your goods and services. I will also prepare specimens (evidence) to show proof of your use of the mark in commerce. Then, we will file your application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, monitor the application, and communicate with the government attorney on your behalf.
